Play DVD while driving

I bought a Roos tech cable and found a guy was able to play dvd while driving. Does any1 know how to do this,

If its anything like other head units, you have to ground the wire that tells the radio youre not driving. Idk how it is with Audis MMI thhough. Gooodluck
