Hi guys!

I need to remove the ashtray in the car because its stuck. Someday there was a pile of cigarettes in it and after opening and closing the ashtray, 1 cigarette fell down inside and now the ashtray does not open properly. It opens half way and then you have to push it hard to open it till the end. I'm sure there is a cigarette inside.

I found 1 guy writing instructions on how to remove the trim and I hope that this will be enough for me to remove the ashtray for cleaning. Here is the write up = oCarbon – blog » B8 A4/S4 Trim Removal Guide

The question is, will the above guide help me to fix my ashtray? or you have another guide on the ashtray removal that I can use? A shop here told me that they will help for 50$, so I turned around and walked away. Freaking too much
