Replacing Outer Tail Light
I broke the outer tail light lens on my 2010 A4 (CVT) yesterday by backing into an armored car. I'm lucky I didn't get shot
I looked online for the replacement part and watched a video showing how to access it. It's pretty straight forward, so I'll order the part and install it myself. The part is twice as expensive on the Audi website as on other sites. I can't tell for sure if the parts for these 'other' sites are genuine Audi parts. Does it matter? I'd rather get a genuine Audi part. Can someone recommend a reputable parts supplier/website where I can be sure that the parts are genuine?
Thanks.

Turns out I found this part for sale over a wide range of prices on the Internet. Ordering directly from Audi would have been the most expensive. The least expensive would have been about 1/3 as much as ordering from Audi. The cheap one was not advertised to be a 'genuine' Audi part. I decided to stay away from that, worrying that it wouldn't fit correctly or last very long. In the end I ordered from 'ECS', which was slightly less expensive than Audi. The part came quickly and fit perfectly. Was pleased with their service.
