Hello all,

I've got an 09 A4 Avant w2.0T. Occasionally as I'm driving up a slight grade around 50mph the RPMs fluctuate continuously in a 300 RPM range. I am very careful to keep constant pressure on the gas pedal....Has anyone had this problem or have any thoughts.

yes I know exactly what you're talking about. usually around 3k rpm's when im on the gas like a 1/4 or a 1/3 of the way on it and I've actually noticed the rpm's drop a little bit as I accelerate. It has to be the turbo spooling up and creating more power in combo with the valve system switching to the other setting probably... but then I can't really grasp how a car can accelerate when the gear and rpm are in direct correlation...
