Tire size question.
I'm looking to put new rims on to my 2009 audi A4 I currently have the stock rims and tires. The tires that are in it now are 225 45 17. I want to put these rims on my car:

The thing is I think these rims have a smaller width then my stock rims and I don't know if I'm going to have to put on new tires. If I do have to, what width tire can I put on these rims(17x7.5) is the 225 45's within the limits of these rims?

225 is the width. the profile is 45. the tires that you have now will fit on those wheels with no problems. however in my opinion i would go with the larger wheel and a lower profile tire, especially if you plan on changing tire sizes.
