Current car is 2014 Audi A4 SE Technik

It is in the dealers at present for service tomorrow and I have been given a loan car...

When I go to DAB radio in the loan model the top option is Update Station List but I KNOW I do not have this option on my DAB even though I have the latest MMI update


How can I update my station list on my 2014 car or does my model automatically do this for me. I cannot find any definitive answer anywhere??
