Updated Navigation Disc?

Updated Navigation Disc?
So I am new to the Audi family. I just purchased a 2009 Audi A4 3.2 Quattro with 51k on it. I was looking to get an updated navigation disk but it seems as though the updated ones are not made for the navigation players that are located in the truck?
