upgrading indivdual brake components
I am finding myself in need of rotors (audi mechanic tells me im at 27mm). Should I bother with researching slotted/drilled rotors, or just get OEM and save $ for some 6 piston calipers. What upgrade would gain the most stopping power? Or, do you just recommend a full brake kit?
I do track the car 2-3 times per year so I am interested in performance brake components no doubt. On the track though I don't feel like I have any issues with my current brake setup, they feel like they are working amazingly. Because of this i'm beginning to feel like brake kits might be overkill for me.
I have Hawk HPS pads on the front, the rest of the brake system is OEM. Should I opt for a brake kit, or just upgrade individual components?
