Default I'm fairly new but some input...

Fairly new to this forum and to my Audi A4, 2011, Quattro. But have been through the mill with Harley (2005 Fat Boy) and years ago with the Dodge Ram. Do yourself a huge and important favor...b4 you do anything I'd make sure that you do not have a 2.0 engine that has the oil consumption problem before you do anything.

No matter what K&N (they are good people), or Andrews, or the chip people tell you ...IF you do any exhaust or ECU tuning and THEN have an oil consumption problem...you give Audi a way out of resolving the oil consumption probleml.

Check this forum on the oil consumption and don't just go by the input you maoy receive from a service writer or tech advisor at your dealer. Kinda' like the government..."there is no problem".

GIAC and APR products are good. I no longer know if they "chip" the ECU or just re-flash it. That will provide increased hp and eliminate the governor. Chipping my A6 made a huge difference, but I also had to replace the clutch soon afterward. Not sure why you want to replace the exhaust. Better performance? Doubtful. Better sound? Maybe. Or you could record an S4 and play that over your radio. Better gas mileage? Very doubtful.
