Invoice or lower??? I wish I could find such a mythical dealership! But "end of model year closeout" can produce some great bargains.

$500 over invoice is typically a fair deal (Zag.com and the like) "in season."

Here's how my 2011 A4 Avant purchase worked out(details are in signature section):

MSRP: $43,950

Invoice:$41,683

My purchase price: $40,845.00-
which included $1604 off
from a USAA "Price Protection Certificate"
and a $1500 loyalty rebate.

Was pretty satisfied with that price.
