That is true, but when you start considering the twin turbo 1 series, the 35K base price exceeds the A3's price point by well over eight thousand dollars. The argument is that for the average person, an A3 provides a much more practical, but only somewhat less interesting package, and is thus a better fit for the target market, IMO.
