How do you feel about this ECU?

Im looking to raise the horse power on my 00 Audi A4. Ive been looking around for something decent at a reasonable price. I came along this ECU for $499.00. What do you think?

i have the APR stage 1 93 oct mode and i am very happy with it, another thing well worth it is the Program Switching Technology. That is where u can switch between ur programs on the fly using your cruise control button.
