I just got new set of s4 rims for 160... but it looks a bit awful.. am thinking about painting rims black... can you chop it to black gloss or matte and lowered it?

You could do like Sineo did and paint the wheels black but have a silver lip.

Also, how did u do that? what software did u use? and what tool? for me, i have photoshop cs2... but not quite how..
