The front of the Turbo doesn't have a screw on it. The front of the intake manifold (with "turbo" written on it) has a flat head screw recessed in a tube on it. That screw is used to fine tune the idle, but you also need to make sure that your control pressure regulator is working properly (this can have a HUGE affect on the idle, and is most likely the culprit) and then make sure that the CO adjustment is right. before tampering with that screw.
