let me first say that i appreciate any help everyone can provide and i am not very car savvy. the car is a 1990 Audi 200 Turbo Automatic. i bought the car at an auction and it ran great for about 5 months or so without any major problems. recently i have had problems starting it, problem usually occars on cold start. when i go to start the car it tries then just whines. it sometimes start after about 5 minutes of letting it sit after trying it a couple times. i just thought the car need a basic tune-up so i changed the oil and oil filter, spark plugs, and the air filter. the problems went away for about the first 5 hours today. then all of the sudden the problem started again and it took me about 30 minutes to get it started. also the idle seems to be alittle bit off now. the idle would sit at about 1000-1200 RPM while in gear, and it would sit at about 800-1000 RPM in park. now the idle sits at about 500-800 RPM in park and maybe 700-900 RPM in gear. any help that you all can provide would be greatly appreciated

 

PLUG wires??
Check vacuum lines..
fuel accumulator ?
Clean the Idle control valve?
