1993 Audi 100 2.3 "E" - Springy noise under breaking!

1993 Audi 100 2.3 "E" - Springy noise under breaking!
As title, under braking theres a loud springy noise coming from the O/S/ front wheel.
Has been happening since a local garage serviced it. Maybe wrong callipers?
