1994 S4

Well I am new to this forum, and my new 1994 S4 with 30k on it. I just had a base dyno run at 210/245. And I am looking at tuning to around 300whp. Any suggestions? Thanks

What kind of Turbo and model number would be good to bolt on some power to my 1994 S4?
