Hey forum peoplez im greg, first off i'd like to say im a chevy guy who's trying to learn some new tricks and i jus bought an audi 5000 cs quattro 5 cyc wit a turbo (duh). well heres how my day went got the car started fine ran alright had some cv joint issues gettin axle right as we speak, ran some injector cleaner threw the gas started up fine ran good proceeded to wash the motor down because air intake was covered in oil (valve gasket) so i could start up and drive for a long time witout it startin to smoke and burn the piled up grease. ok after i washed motor i let engine dry for 2 days and went to start it and it turns gets spark but no gas at least to my knowledge the most it will do is start then quickly putter out would this be a clogged catalic converter that could cause this or a distributer to injector or injector clog please understand im new to german cars and your info will help me out tromendously thank you

 

check for air leaks. System has to be fully sealed. and check that the plate in the Injector module works. Dont push it, try to gently lift it. Should just move a bit easy.
