Default Audi 80 2.3 10v - Hesitation When Accelerating

Hello!

When i press the accelerator over 1/3rd, the engine hesitates like is got rich mixture. I changed the distributor cap because the old one was in a pretty bad shape. This improved the things a little bit. Next i removed the spark-plugs. No 1 & 4 cylinders were ok, but the rest were black, rich mixture black.
The fuel pump is pretty noisy, but i think is either the fuel distributor or the injectors...

Any idea?

P.S. Sorry for my bad english

change the plugs and if the plugs aer black there is a possibility of bad injectors

I forgot to mention that the water temperature gauge isn't working. I checked the sensor (it's the 4 wire model) and no voltage is coming to it. I found an electric scheme and tomorow i'll try to find out why. Do you think the two problems are related?

it very well may be ... i think you have to mesure the rsistance at the sensor (ohms) to see if it is functional
