what can i do to nut up my 85 audi coupe gt 10valve besides a turbo???

Bang for the buck, with the most notable performance gains, your best bet is a swap (whole engine, and not just slapping a turbo on your N/A engine)
If you're going for more power on a budget, a hotter cam, big valve head, larger exhaust, etc.
but these all add up, and don't offer even a hint of a power upgrade as a 10vt swap, although many people do this.
