I am now offering a Rebuild Service for the old Ate Hydraulic Brake Boosters, from the 1980's, and '90's.
I have been rebuilding BMW hydraulic boosters for over 4 years.

Your Porsche has a vaccum brake system.

I repair Hydraulic only.

 

No, man, it's for my 87 5000S Q ... I'm in the process of rebuilding just about every system on the car at the moment. Engine and entire running gear is out. Suspension getting a refreshing. New struts bushings, the works..

But isn't what you are calling the hydraulic booster servo actually a brake master cylinder??

Hi AcA,

That is a good question.
On some older cars that is correct.
But on the newer cars, they have a brake booster servo (called power brakes).
This unit sits between the brake pedal and the master cylinder.
And provides power brakes.
Their are 2 types hydraulic and vaccumn assist, for the power brake unit.
I specialize in rebuilding the older Audi hydraulic servos, as they are NLA (no longer available). Their are 3 types of Audi servos, listed above.
