Default Ignition switch

Does anybody know if the 1990 Audi 90 Has an ACC position on the ignition switch? I think there is because when I turn the key the first position will turn the stereo on and the two heated seats on. then the next position will turn the rest of the dash lights on and all the guages will activate. Then the next position is start of course. The reason I ask is because on the first position the headlights come on. I think the car was modified for Daytime running lights. Is there a way to remove the DRL from that switch position? Any help would be great!

DRL lights are always on, if yes, then there is a relay for it, neer your foot. behind the shild, that you hit with your knees.

There is a storage pocket down next to my knees. Would that be where the panel is?
