Just picked up a 90 90 20V - pics inside
Just picked this up yesterday. Needs a few this & that's - mainly thermostat as it runs cold all the time and a CV shaft boot as it's cracked and starting to oooze grease. P.O. said he just did a timing belt & water pump. Drove it almost 400 miles today on my regular routine and it seemed to drive well, no strange noises vibrations etc.
It does seem to burn some oil, since it's probably had a bad T-stat and been running cold for some time (and rich), I suspect it's pretty carbonized up. Might need a top engine cleaner run through it to free stuck rings. Anything I should check? On the list was all the fluid levels in the various transfer cases & replace the spark plugs. I did not get a manual with the car, and was wondering what the correct fluids to use were as well as what the best plugs to run were.
