Im tryinig to track down parts for my car. just wondering if anyone knows of some good sites where i can get some used parts for my 1990 quattro V8

 

for my car too. need couple of parts that are not sold in stores.

 

Hate to disappoint you but a V8 is a rather rare beast and the aftermarket is rather small if it exists at all. Many parts are interchangeable with the 1990/1991 200 model but the engine and transmission might be dealer only because it was unique to the V8 only. I use mostly rockauto.com, blauparts.com and thepartsbin.com for my on-line sources. The rest might be dealer or local bone yard.

 

depends on what your after, many parts are used on the 4.2 v8

 

You might try audiconnection.com; they deal with a lotta v8's (well, relatively speaking), and seem to have a really good reputation.
