I've just received my A6 but I'm a little disappointed to find out (as far as I can gather) that it only has a 2G MMI.

It has 2 devices in the glovebox - the SD/DVD and the CD changer, but I would like to use the AMI to plug in my iPod/iPhone to play music through that.

I would also rather play music from my phone over bluetooth, but contrary to what I expected, nothing appears as a BT device on the phone when I search for it.

Can anyone help with this? Is what I'm asking for beyond the capabilities of my system?

 

Discovered that it's actually a genuine 3G, which is nice. Only difference is the joystick and the screen.

I'm sure there are more (like I don't have 3D maps) but I can't see any others.
