Exclamation Car in "Limp Mode" HELP! B7 Avant

Hey all, I have an 07' A4 Avant (B7) 2.0 with the 6MT. My car Just went into "Limp Mode" with the CEL and EPC lights on the dash. The only code that I'm seeing with my TorquePro is P2294 Fuel Pressure Regulator 2 Control Circuit. Where do I need to be putting my attention here?

Update:I had a friend with a scan tool and program on his laptop take a look and we got a few more codes than my TorquePro gave me, in addition to the P2294 we got P0122: Throttle position circuit low input and P0101: Mass Volume air flow circuit performance problem (pending).

Soooo, I cleaned the MAF and air filter out today and then checked all of the electrical connections (didn't find anything), buttoned it all up and took the car out for a drive, I cycled the key and hit the little check button and it seemed to clear the CEL light, the EPC had been on when this first popped up but hadn't been on after that and I don't really know why. First thing I noticed is that the car wan't in Limp mode anymore, but under hard exceleration there is a significant stutter in the throttle when I grab the next gear. So, hooked it back up the the scan tool and got all of the same codes.

I was really hoping for at least one reply in all of those looks, but no dice! Hopefully I can figure this out without taking it to a shop and I'll let you know what's up with it. Laters!

I had the same code with Limp Mode. I read that it should be either one of the pumps. I changed the rear low pressure pump with no success. Then I went high pressure and everything was fine. I didn't see this as a waste because it is 13 years old with 120000 on it. It was going to break soon enough.

The other thing that I did was buy a Hitachi unit. I hope I made the right decision https://pulldeals.com/itm/HITACHI-Hi...-/174011216649 I'm not sure if these are good or not. Any thoughts?

Which high pressure pump did you replace? Yeah I don't mind changing out older stuff, I just don't want to do it completely on faith, but your experience helps. Thanks.

Both but the high pressure pump that runs off of the cam was the broken item. If you replace it make sure that you change out the cam follower as well since you are pulling that apart.
