economy gas mileage chip,tune,tuner

looking for a gas mileage chip or tuner,what ever there is?
for a 2000 a4 1.8 4 wheel drive,loss of power is ok im in florida i need somequickness
im using it for deliveries with A/C running in 98 degrees

Im looking for a audi tuner that can turn this 2000 a4 1.8t into a gas sipper, when outa the gas off the turbo, is it possible? I need it fn lean non performance

(loss of power is fine)
