Fuel pump replacement

I have a 2000 Audi A6 2.7t Quattro. the fuel pump is bad I was wondering if it is possible just to buy the pump and not the whole assembly . as I do not need the whole assembly.

You can just replace the fuel pump. Use an OEM pump so that you can be sure that it will last for several years.
