I an interested in buying this car but I have no experience with an Audi Maybe you can suggest yes or no?

DOHC 2.8L V6, 141,000 miles,Auto transmission,A/C,RR Defrost,PWR- Sunroof, Seats (Heated Leather), Locks & Mirrors, tilt/telescoping wheel, BOSE audio, Viper Remote start, also includes Summer and Studded Winter tires.
I am mostly worried about the mileage and how many more I might be able to put on it.

i have a 99 2.8l, it has about 157,000 and it's running great
only thing was that my alternator died, but that's a cheep and easy fix
