Just joined this forum because I am frustrated beyond tolerance with Bell Audi. Those of you who've posted similar reviews, have you found an alternative place to get your Audi serviced? I have a problem with a valve in the emission system. It's causing my Check Engine light to go on and the car fails inspection. Bell has been less than helpful (they never contacted me yesterday, as promised, to tell me what the problem is. Now the guy tells me what it is, but that he's lost my paperwork so can't tell me the cost of the repair. Oh, and the part has to be ordered.)

Recommendations for a new source for Audi repairs would be MUCH appreciated!
