I'm with you about B'ville AND Mendham. Same owners, same attitude from the service dept. I generally deal with Mendham, but my brakes went south this week while in BR. So not wanting to drive it, I brought my A4 to B'ville. The last time for either dealership for me. It's non-Audi private service from now on. Now I just need to find a good place to go to.
