Thumbs down Audi Dealership in Cary, NC

I am in the process of getting examples of their poor customer service.

I have literally been shoved off by my service consultant and the service manager. I was experiencing problems and they literally LIED to me about my car.

The lie was so stupid that I went for a second opinion b/c I knew that couldn't be true

They said all 4 of my rims were bent - remembering i had 0 accidents, all services done by Audi and only had 41,000 miles. I treat this car like my child.. they said that is why i had a vibration and I would have to pay over $700.00 to fix it.

I went for second opinion and of course they were caught in that lie.

The SM acted like it was no big deal, and it is a big deal. Because I know I am not the only one they lie and shrug off.

Feel free to send me a private message if you want to or post to this blog. I did get this problem fix, by another Audi Delearship. I just don't want this every to happen to another Audi Owner. Lies and decent no one should get away with that especially to a consumer of their product.

I'm from Florida but had to have service done to my Audi while I was on a trip in Asheville, NC. Deal Audi did exceptional work on my car. I don't know exactly how far that is from you but you could do a trip to the Biltmore House while they repair your car next time.
