I took in my 05 A6 last monday to check out why the check engine lights was on and to check out why my sunroof would occasionally malfunction. Due to my hectic schedule, I requested a loaner and was granted by the dealership before I got there.
By the time I got there, they realized that I was under the age of 25 so they couldn't loan me one of their vehicles for 8 hrs. They called enterprise to loan me a chevy HHR at my own expense. In addition to that, they problem came back and got worse. Not only my engine lights are on but now my sunroof won't work anymore. All of these problem came back within 5 days after service. Now I have to call them up and ask them to fix it properly. Hopefully they won't charge me a penny because they never fixed it appropriately to begin with.

wow...it seems that some dealerships wont give you the time of day if you arent driving something that cost over 60 grand
once i had this problem with my chevy and looked for the chevy head casting numbers however when in the end took it to the dealer he totally messed up the job. sometimes these guys really end up wasting of time.
