Default Audi of Oneonta

Both sales and service are terrible.

Bought a 99 A4 from them, really didn't even try to talk the price down, the guy gave me false info on the car, talked WAY too much, and wouldnt even throw in a free Audi hat, saying that was out of his pocket if he did that. Well, considering I pretty much just gave you want you wanted for the car w/o a hassle, maybe you can do the same for me for ONE LOUSY HAT.

I've had to go back there for parts since, the latest trip was for a haldex filter and fluid for my TT. The guy at the service counter brought me an oil filter instead of a haldex filter, I think because he had no idea what haldex was, I had to find someone else to get the parts for me. I wanted to stock up on filters and fluid to save the hr trip for next time, but they only had one filter and one tube of fluid in stock, saying "we really don't ever change it, its good for a pretty long time". I pointed out its good for 20K miles, which is not 'a very long time' and he really had no good answer to that.

So much for a knowledgable staff....
