These guys are outstanding people and will do whatever they can to help you out. I had horrible luck while there looking at an A4 and lost my keys to my Subaru. After not finding them they handed me an 08 A4 S-Line as a loaner to run home and get my spare. Home is about 80 miles from the dealership. I would recommend them to anyone in the area thats looking for an Audi or Porsche.
