i highly recommend this place. very very nice facility and the sale manager took very well care of me.

 

Had dealings in the past that were not so hot , but if you get a mechanic named Roland to work on your car you are in luck. He is the Best Audi mechanic there is over 20 YEARS EXPEREANCE and he knows his stuff!

 

I went to Fathers & Sons before buying my car from North Bay Imports. I did not have a very good experience at Fathers and Sons. Then I went to North Bay and it was a whole different experience. Maybe I just got a bad sales rep at fathers & sons. But even if that is the case, North Bay was so exceptional that I recommend everyone to give them a shot for sales or service.

Father's & Sons in West Springfield, MA may have been a superb dealership at one time, but I DO NOT recommend visiting them anytime soon. Travel out of your way to CT or Boston. Avoid them. Starting fee is $90 to look at your car. Okay, that may be standard. Rude service should not be standard. Stealing parts out of your trunk is definitely NOT standard.

To be fair and honest, Fathers and sons do thier best to keep customers happy as we all should. The owner and general manager of that dealership are excellent people and I have alot of respect for them. However, they are not in the wholesale business per say like us.
