Does anyone else think they are the worst people to deal with?

I haven't been there for service in a year, and I bought my car 4 years ago.

Sales is the worst I've ever dealt with. Won't even think about going there for service or parts. It's a hike for some but Paul Miller in Parsippany, NJ is #1!!!!!!!!!!!! You won't be sorry! I had the best car buying experience there.

I loved this dealership!!! The sales people were so nice, and they went so out of their way to accomidate me. We must have mentioned my upcoming birthday, because sure enough, I got a birthday card signed by everyone I had dealt with. My father went back a few days later to pick up the TT for the owner of his company, who dealt with the same salesguy and loved him too.
I still bring my car to them for service...I wish the men that work in the service dept were a little friendlier, but the woman are soo nice, going out of their way to get me a loaner car, even though they really didn't have to.
I'm definitly buying my next Audi from them!
