I bought an 01 A4 from them and it desited not to start one day, which is fine but they tried to tell me that it was excesive carbon build-up. Knowin it was an acuall lack of fuel getting to the motor i disputed them but they stuck by there thoughts. They charged me 500 and some change to "fix" the car. I got it back after 5 days and the next day it didnt start again. I told them to fix it for free or take the car back. They fixed the car but tried to charge me 250 dollars. I said you can keep the car then. They dropped the price to just the 20 dollar fuel relay that should have been their fix the first time. After then no problems with the car. DO NOT buy a car or get your car serviced at Ken Garff Audi/Vols/Porcshe.

 

Just for anybody else looking at Ken Garff, they recently underwent major management changes and they now have a new owner and the place has completely changed for the better. I haven't had a problem working with them on ANY issue yet and they always have great perks like they should when going to a dealer!
