I bought my 2004 Audi A6 there a year ago and I have to admit that I made a very big mistake. This dealership sucks. I dealt with the manager Brian and he was absolutely horrible. He tried to screw me out of money. I advise anyone to stay far far away from this place. And to top it all off I have had nothing but problems with my car over the one year I have owned it. I really want to get rid of it already. Mattie Imports is one shady place and everyone that works there sucks.

Hey guys I just got my car serviced at Mattie and it wasn t to bad considering. Replaced a instrument cluster on my tt for 1200.00(compared to 1480.00). A good friend of mine was a mechanic there and he told me that you have to be assertive with them and prices are negotiable. Ha, As far as it being the drug/gang capital of MASS is a little far-fetched i've lived here for 25yrs and we have our share of crime, but there are citiesmuch moreworse in MASS.
