Two words for anyone looking for a great deal, intimate interaction and an honesty....Pacific Audi. The staff there are top notch and keep their long standing customers in the top tier of satisfaction and contentment. Ask for Chris P.

"pacific audi"...what a joke! i spoke to chris p. (the one you rave about) and he didn't want to give me the time of day, so i think he gave me the brush off and handed me over to what seemed like a jr. sales rep. stepanie f...i own a '06 audi, and really want to buy a new one for my wife, but it appears they don't want to sell me one. they look at me like i'm wasting they're time.is wanting tospend 65k not good enough?....then there's the service dept. they should install a revolving door by the way they go through service advisors. what does that say about a company with such turn around in employees. i've been taking my car there for about a year, and it feels like i deal with different person everytime. i'd rather talk to the tech's, cause they're the ones that actually know something about these fine german machines...i like my audi, i would like another one, but shopping there or any dealership in the southern california area is depressing...

sorry you had such a horrible experience. Everytime I've gone up there for purchase or exchange, they have treated me like gold. I will make an effort to talk to Chris and tell him of your experience. Please give me any identifiers to help him remember talking to you. Again, I am sorry you had to go through that experience, that sucks! As for the service department, I'm not sure how they work. I take my cars to Hoehn or Miramar Audi.

You'll make an effort to talk to Chris? Is there something I should know about the two of you? haha!...I ended up buying an s4 convertible for my wife at another Audi dealer. also, my daughter graduatsnext year and really loves the new TT. should I giveChris a second chance? Stepanie wasn't much help either, didn't know much about any of the cars in stock. I think they have her there as a looker.

I take my car there for service, because I live up in P.V., and it's the closestAudi dealershipto me. I think I've seen (or haven't seen) 3 service advisors leave in the last couple months. do you think that is an exceptable loss in any business?

I had an awesome purchase experience with Pacific, but maybe it was because it was the last day of the month, they wanted BADLY to sell me my car, and I was the only one there? I have noticed too that the service advisors are rotating through the shop very quickly. There are only 2 that I remember from over a year ago. I live in the South Bay and take mine there for service too, and fortunately haven't had any issues, other than them forgetting one lug nut cap, once.

Cheers!

Naughty,

Have you spoken with your good buddy Chris?

I don't what to tell you too much to identify me. It's like sending your food back only to find out the Chef has spit in your food (no offense chef)

None taken. Any reputable chef wouldn't adulter his food anyway. Too much pride involved.

Cheers!

I'm a corporate chef with ARAMARK. I've run a lot of different businesses around the area. Currently I'm working with the Johnson & Johnson group. The hours and pay are a LOT better than beating yourself up in a retail environment.

Cheers!

A bit late here, sure, but I wanted to put my $.02 in here about Pacific Audi. I have received nothing but pure professional service, from negotiation to purchase to service appointments. They give the best service I have ever received at any dealership, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
