I've had the dealer servicing my 2009 Audi A4 Cab since we purchased it from them, but today they've let me down and I'm looking for other options. The dealer changed the oil about 6 weeks ago. For the first week or so after the oil changed, it was leaving spots on the garage floor. I assumed they'd spilled some used oil while doing the work, and this was causing the spots. The spots quit for another couple weeks, and then returned. When they returned, we took the car back to be told that oil filter housing was leaking. All this corresponded to their oil change, but they've now charged $85.00 to "correct" what shouldn't have gone unnoticed during the regular service. This leaves me looking for somone new for service and repairs as I believe the $85.00 charge is very "pound foolish" for an error on their part. Any recommendations in the Memphis area? I know there are some German/Euro shops, but wanted to see if anyone had any experiences and recommendations.
