Default Rusnak Audi- Pasadena, California

I bought a new black 2006 A3 from Rusnak Pasadena. It is a high end dealer that sells Bentlys, Rolls Royces, and Porsche. Unfortunately, I pick uo the car at night. When I saw the car for the car for the first time in the sunlight I was horrified. It had holograms and very severe swirls marks on the car. Both Audi and the dealership blamed each other and as of today, no one has taken responsibility for it. Now it is with the lawyers.

That really sucks. I would have figured that they would at least take care of you and argue it out among themselves. Have you gone to an Audi advocate to take care of the problem or just the dealer?

I think the Audi advocates are a joke. The only real advocates I have come across are the IRS advocates. The Audi advocates may help if it is just a dealer problem, but if it concerns Audi USA, then they circle the wagons.

Where should I start?
1) They do not return phone calls when they state they will.
2) They think the customer lies.
3) They will hang up on you.
4) They are useless.

My latest fiasco concerns integration of the iPod connector and the satellite radio. Dealer spent at least 12 hours over the weekend trying to get it to work. A press release for Audi USA states that on the A3 without navigation and the CD changer, this should work. Audi dealer technical support said it should work. The advocate says no it will not work and I am mistaken that the press release was never issued. Then I am on hold while they try to contact the service manager. I am right next to him and he receives no call but the advocate cames back online and says they were not able to reach him! So I just give him the phone!

Of the three cars makes I have (Audi, Porsche, and VW), VW customer service is probably the best since I have never had to use them!

Yeah, I hear Audi in Pasadena are bad. But of all dealerships, they deliver the cheapest parts =X

Hi v, did you buy the ipod kit for the dealer? The ipod kit works only with a3's and a'4s. Only with symphony radio and navigation plus. If you have a cd changer, you have to sacrifice your cd changer for you ipod. We have to disconnect the connector for the cd changer in the back of the radio and inplace use that slot for the ipod. It only shouldn't take that long to install.
