Ok. I should have said forget it when I took my A6 in to them to fix the radio code and they charged me 120 bucks but I said hey, their a stealership and that's what they do but then I look into trading in my A6 and they don't give me any form of interest and basically tell me to screw off by offering me 16 grand for my trade in! LOL. What a joke. I guess that's what you get for Scottsdale, Arizona...

Don't use Audi North Scottsdale. They are a complete joke.

 

I am surprised at this post. I got my S4 from Scottsdale and they were great.

 

i was looking for pre owned from them, and they were definately jerks...maybe cuz i look young, or maybe its cuz i am young, lol.... but they didnt even give me the chance to tell them i have $5k down and a 725 credit score...sucks for them, but maybe if they showed me a little more respect when i walked in we could have made a deal...

btw: i work at a car dealership, selling cars...i know how it all works, and they definately didnt work the situation correctly at all.
