Default Schaumburg Audi - Schaumburg, IL

I have had bad experiences with Schaumburg Audi. Of course, presenting a then 7 year old car for things like accessories (front bras) or even a rough sounding motor is a bit of a stretch. But after my visits there I felt as though its not the the car that makes you feel welcome, its the dough. My brother showed up later to potentially buy, and they treated him great. I will tell you this, I don't recommend them, and when I find my S4, it will NOT be through them. Suck my exhaust Schaumburg Audi...

I went there wanting to purchase a 2000 A4 that they had on the lot, I went there for a test drive, and told them I would almost for sure buy it, I just had to wait a week for my dad to come in town. They wouldny let me put a deposit to hold it, but they told me in 3 days I could and it almost definitely wouldnt sell. It sold the next day. I was pissed. I would have payed full price in cash. Guess it was their loss, and I got a newer much better condition A4 with 35k less miles at a different dealer.

The sales guy I talked to (internet sales) was ok, the manager, who I didnte even meet, seems to be the problem, because he was the one who decided on my deposit.

Sucks for them though, because instead of dropping 13 grand cash on them, I gave it to another dealer and then some.

A4:
I am not sure of the Audi groups in the area. I haven't invested in serious mods for my '95 90 Quattro because I would rather save that for my S4. Thus, I haven't been to shows or anything yet. Good luck

I just got my 03' Audi A4 from Schaumburg Audi - I too dealt with the Internet Sales Manager (Chris).

After dealing with local dealerships for more than 2 weeks, i became exhausted and started looking online. The rest is history. The entire process was very smooth, and they were very considerate of the fact that I was driving from St. Louis, MO. Chris did an inspection before I arrived and found some dings, he took care of everything.

Sorry you didn't have a pleasant experience!

An update on Schaumburg Audi - I sent them a letter requesting that they pay for about 400 dollars worth of defects found a month after i got my car. They sent a check immediately covering the full cost of the repairs. I know it's expected of a dealership to do this, but, i was amazed at how quickly they took care of me - without any hassles.
