So you know how I ALWAYS complain about the dealer by me, well I took my car in last week to have the upper and lower control arms replaced on the one side, i paid 477 for parts, they told me it was gonna take 2 hours or something to do the alignment.... so all together it would be like 4 hours of labor.
Well when I went to pick up my car, they had found another part in that general area that was bad and causing play in the wheel.
So they told me I could order the part then just pay for the whole job once I brought it back in to finish the job (another 3 hours of labor, part $250).

I had that done today, well bc they didn't notice that other bad part on the day I took it in to have it diagnosed........


THEY ONLY CHARGED ME 2.5 HOURS OF LABOR TOTAL!!!!!!! So now I don't hate them as much. Just wanted to let you all know, ha ha ha.
