Silly question here, but is there a way to apply this stuff to the rubber window seals without leaving a mess? I accidentally sprayed it on the rearview mirror plastic support and quickly tried to wipe it off but it left a greasy "streak". Also some of if hit the paint leaving that splattered greasy look. What is the proper way to apply this product? Thanks

 

all spray products should be applied to cotton , mf towel or foam applicator then Applied to the surface you are dealing with.

for removal try a gentle cleaning with one of the many APC's that do not contain solvents.

 

Spray on a microfiber towel, then wipe the surface.
