Default Wire protectant...

I was looking at my A4 today and i like how the wires are covered. They use some kind of (felt) tape and they wrap the wires really good. It seems that it works pretty good.. anybody know where i can buy this stuff? what its called??

I have always used 3M super 33 electrical tape, it's the best ever made. 5 bucks a roll, but worth every penny. You can stretch it and no breaking. Not much sticky suff left behind either, not like other brands.
