Default claybar questions

I just bought a Mothers claybar kit for the car (still havent been able to get the crap off it from the shipping company[:@]). I am hoping this will get rid of it, but I am wondering, can I use this on the windows and metal trim?? There are a few spots on the windshield wipers as well, will it work on that?

Sad to say, but yes, I am a claybar virgin Thanks much for any help.

Yeah use the clay you have used on 2-3 cars on the wheels after you wash them.

wash car first
dry
clay everything top to bottom.

292's car yeaterday took me 3+ hours to clay. He had lil bits of tar and orange goo ont he back. Bug and tar remover did not phase them. So i just clayed the rear bumper and 1st 1/8th of the rear side panels for 1.5 hours.

Yeah, that is what I will have to do on the car. I tried a few spots (the places where the shipping company f'ed it up), and some of them it took off, some it did not. So I will have to spend some time with it.
