what was the paint thickness before, and what was after u buff agresive with 105 and wool pad.
have u heard about clear coat fail? car looks good now, but how much life got left?

Actually with this method you cut quick and fast unlike something like powergloss where you have to keep polishing until it has flashed. M105 can be short cycled or buffed until the isolated defect is gone. You dont have to follow any time guidelines, you simply buff until the scratch is removed. I was not worried about paint thickness on this car anyhow, it has been professionally painted and it was done VERY well. There are several layers of clear and I only buffed enough to remove the wetsanding scratched the painters failed to do anyhow. So technically there is way more than adequate clear on this car. Yes I have heard of clear failure. It has years of life left, probably more than the actual car.

You can expect to pay anywhere from 400-800+ depending on how much work you want done.
