I have a 2005 Allroad 2.7T that I recently acquired. It has the Symphony II audio system.
I very much would like to add hardwired bluetooth capability to the unit but understand there may be some challenges.

I also originally wanted to add an external/portable nav unit as well and have it hardwired but understand there is no RCA or AUX in capability, bummer.

So, looks like one of the Parrot bluetooth units is probably my best bet. However, I am having a difficult time being able to determine what wiring kit needs to be ordered along with it. Sounds like I need to know whether my Symphony II is standard or Bose. How do I tell which I have? I cannot find any indication either way.

If you have any experiences in the matter, good or bad, please feel free to share.
